This is a very pretty tank with one of my favorite paludarium inhabitants a California newt. (I have to take the exhibitor's word on the frogs as I can't see them in the photos) The planting is healthy and attractive both above and below the water and I love the big "tree" stump!

This paludarium is a very good biotope for a few
frogs. Though this (and some others in this class)
is not a paludarium in the Dutch style it is however
suitable for housing a few amphibian animals. Maybe such paludariums have some worth as
nice natural decoration of a living room.

Lighting 3 30 watt tubes, 2- 5500k and 1-8000k
Filtration retrofitted Magnum Hang-on. The discharge is a spray bar above the water surface to increase the humidity.
Plants Aquatic Plants: Sag. sublata, Java fern, Java moss, Anubias nana, hygro corymbosa, Dwarf umbrella palm & Dwarf rush.
Terrestrial Plants: Pothos, ivy, Asparagus fern
Animals Grey tree frogs, green tree frogs, Australian whites tree frog and Oregon newt

Additional Information fertilize with Kent Marines Pro-Plant and Freshwater Plant fertilizer weekly. Substrate is a mix of flint gravel and Laterite
