In the entry form, we specify prints, slides, negatives, or JPEG files, but often the entrants bend the rules a little, turning this into a contest of a different sort: "stump the computer geek!" I thought that the media of the entries couldn't get any weirder than they were last year (snapshots off TV screens, stacks of floppies, etc). Boy was I proven wrong! Highlights included a set of 16x20" prints (luckily the entrant also included an electronic version), a set of 11x14" prints (alas with no digital equivalent), a ZIP disk, PowerPoint files, even a Microsoft Publisher file... which still as of this date has not been able to be converted!
Another thing I had been curious about was if we would get a lot of the same people from last year entering again. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the majority of the entries were from totally new people! -- Erik
