#110: 113L Aquatic Garden "Vacant Lot"

I can tell the aquarist has put a good deal of thought into the design of this aquascape. The Glossostigma and Echinodorus foreground is beautiful! The aquarist has captured it at just the right moment. The right side is weak and can't stand up to the bold Echinodorus on the left. Larger groupings of the plants on the right would help give it strength and balance it out agaist the right.

Very good plant growth and health. The layout just needs some fine tuning to make its impression more crisp. A good design in need of some minor changes that would increase the visual impact in a large fashion.
— Ricky Cain
Pretty carefully tended tank with a bit of a "wild" look that makes it feel like it is part of the family rather than just a decoration. I'm glad we can't see much of the store-bought "background"... I'm sure it would detract.

Echinodorus in the middle ground looks nice. But the plants in the background are not strong enough. Echinodorus may grow too big.
