A truly stunning layout! The integration of the aquarium into the design of room is superb. The layout although at first glance appears simple the thought and planning that went into the final product is on a level that many will not be able to appreciate. This is “Aquarium Design Style”.

This is my idea of the perfect planted discus aquarium. Care has been given to allow the fish plenty of room to swim and the open substrate they prefer. The light substrate was a good choice as well the vibrant blue of the fish stands out well against it. My only concern with the design would be the fish injuring themselves on the sharp points of the wood during a chase and there doesn't appear to be any scarring on the fish.

The aquarium size is large enough for keeping Discus. The selection of the aquatic plants for Discus layout is nice. It could have looked better if Echinodorus were grown taller.
— Takashi Amano
Stunning. Simple but extremely well executed. The only thing I would change is the one branch that goes up vertically and catches the light from above. It drew my eye and then I couldn't for a minute figure out what it was.
