There's a good aquascape underneath that growth! The plants all look like they're doing well but need to be trimmed. Cleaning up the groups will help pull the whole tank together. Good choice on the Tetras they fit in the aquascape well.

Pretty tank. The placement of plants and rockwork is a bit too symmetrical and the red plants are just a tad rangy.

It is a dynamic composition. The center part looks nice but the left and right side does not. Stemmed plants should be planted orderly.
