#138: 38L Aquatic Garden Tranquil Waters

Comments

A pleasant little aquascape with some problems. The leaf size of the Marsilea in the foreground is far too large and should be replaced with Marsilea minuta Glossostigma or H. callitrichoides. Also the tiny little plant groupings amongst the mossy branches add little to the composition and look messy.

Bright pretty tank. While Marsilea is a very good foreground plant in a larger tank it is a little coarse looking in a tank of this size. I'd also like to see some of your stem plants continue over to the left filling in the "dead" space under the moss covered driftwood on that side.
— Karen Randall
I would have liked to have seen the stem plants thickened up just a bit . Nice balance.
