This is a beautiful aquascape but it is not an appropriate choice for Discus. (or vice versa) Discus like to hang out in or near the cover of branches dritwood etc. In the aquarium they are also perfectly happy with tall loosely arranged plants that they feel they can use for cover if needed. This aquascape while beautiful provide little cover for them. At the same time their presence seems to be making the Rummy noses nervous as they are hugging the Eleocharis groundcover.

I am pretty sure you are the same person as the entry 75. Regatrding the fish I still think they are too big for your design.
Your aquascape is good your plants could be trimmed to have nice size stem plant bunches I like your foreground.
