Lovely planted community tank. I'm a sucker for Congo tetras; one of the most elegant schooling fish IMO. Your layout is a bit of a jumble howeer with no clear design or focal point. One thing that would help immediately would be to move the lggy stem plants that pop up out of the midground further back and use a larger number of stems of each.
