Really nice attempt, and excellent growth. I'd try curving your "path" a bit, and perhaps tapering it toward the back for better depth.

The concept here is sound, but the too large leafed ammannia and limnophilia, and wild growing rotala wallichii take away.

Lighting
Household 6500K 2 x 20 watts screw in CF (from hardware store). 14 hours a day photo period which keeps plants small for the small tank size. Using plastic hood that came with the tank.
Filtration
Filtration is an AquaClear 50. Inside of it is 1 foam pad, 1 Purigen bag, & 1 Matrix bag. Piece of foam around filter intake to prevent shrimp for being inhaled.
Additional Information
I dose KH2PO4, Flourish Iron and Kent Pro-Plant. DIY C02 with Hagen Ladder. No NO3 or Trace elements dosed.
