Nice concept for the tank, and I like the mist effect in your secondary pictures. This scape is lacking in continuity. For example, the white rocks don't match the black gravel, and the wood in the back doesn't really go with the rest of the scape, particularly if the rocks are supposed to be mountains.

I like the semiarid look of the tank and all the FX; the tree on the other hand is the one I don%u2019t quite understand.

Interesting concept for the tank. The plants look like they need some more time to grow and fill in. Avoid mixing rocks as it detracts from the cohesiveness of the aquascape. Also, the "tree" is not appropriate for the tank a should be removed or replaces.

An interesting tank, and I enjoyed your "party trick" of making the fog. (thank you for telling us how you did it!). But the Pogostemon helferi is too evenly spread out, and the edges of your path are unnaturally straight. Curving lines draw the eye into the aquascape.
