Interesting use of Hydrocotyle as tree leaves but it looks like many of the other plants still need to grow in a little bit particularly in the right left foreground.

Nice use of the Hydrocotyle to create the tree in your tank. The stems in the backgrounds need to be shaped by pruning and sloping them towards the center. Also use similar types of rocks instead of mixing them in the tank. The textures and colors clash in this tank. Also try and maintain a level gravel foreground as the different slope distracts from the aquascape.
