#295: 558L Dutch Aquascape Contrastes

Fernando Garcia Valencia, Spain

Comments

Not a bad start but you need to bring your plants further forward trimming them so that they rise slowly toward the back and don't look just like clumps set along the back wall. Also use your plants to produce a street running diagonally for depth.
— Karen Randall
If this is meant as a Dutch Style it needs a bit more work. More plant species are needed for more contrasts and more differences in size of groups. Also one should avoid planting all plant groups next to each other in 1 row but play a bit more with foreground mid/centre and background.

Species of fish that live in large schoals in nature should be kept with at least 12 and preferably more. Less species but more fish of the same kind.
— Marco Aukes
