#190: 54L Aquatic Garden PASSION

Marcelo Takeno São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil

Comments

This work stands out because the hardscape is good well balanced with good textures and shadows. The lines and the pattern in the rocks are attractive and proportional to tank size.
But when we observe the plants the emotion goes away.
Without density the plants look weak and the Rotalas look like they were trimmed just days ago. It's a pity because if they were in good condition certainly the overall appearance of this layout would be much better because of the good job in the foreground detailed and dynamic good reflections and good perspective and sense of depth.
Regarding the hole in the main set in the way that it is presented it is completely unnecessary. Or it should be much bigger to justify its existence and maybe present another interesting detail through it Is too shy.
The fishes are in excellent formation but in the wrong place.
This is a classic case that the time wasn't well managed for the best picture time.
But anyway keep aquascaping because you definitely have the skill and passion for this!
Congratulations.
