#17: 38L Aquatic Garden

Comments

This seems a healthy environment for the plants and fish both. I like the main lines in the compostion. I think simplification of the individual plant groups would enhance the composition.

This is a pretty tank but the leaf size of some plants (A. b. coffeefolia Hemianthus and Mayaca) plus the pale color of the Mayaca lead me to believe that the tank is slightly nutrient deficient. It can be hard to provide adequate nutrition to fast growing plants in a small tank while still controlling their growth somewhat. The choice of fish is a lovely combination.
