This tank looks like an aquatic model railroad diorama. The sense of grand scale about this aquascape is very neat. I like the rolling hill effect of the substrate sloping into a rock-stream valley. Unfortunately the design isn't very flexible. As one gets closer in view the small bunches start looking like small bunches of plants rather than a copse of trees or a hedgerow. This is one aquascape best viewed from distance only.

The spreading of the substrate should be straight. It seems the layout has not completed yet. Background should be filled with more stemmed plants.

I like the peaceful, rolling feel to this tank. However, it looks to recently set up or re-done. The stem plants just have not had time to fill in. Also, the growth tips on some of the stem plants are getting smaller, usually a sign that the tank is not getting enough food.
