Additional Information
Inspired by photos in Kasselmann's "Aquarium Plants", this biotope is meant to recreate a debris jam in a Cameroon stream. Small prey item fish were chosen for the likelihood that they would be found taking refuge in such a habitat.

10 Norman's Lampeye, 2 pair Pelvicachromis taeniatus, 5 Microsynodontis spp., and a host of snails. (Doesn't anything in West Africa eat those things?)
Materials
Silica sand (fine to coarse), laterite base, decorative rock, and manzanita wood.
