Having been to the area where P. helferi is found I think you've done a very nice job representing it here. I would have liked to see it a little less "manicured" and in nature there would be more rock and less sand in the areas where the P. helferi grows. I DO like that you are absolutely correct in your placement of the plants. The do indeed grow directly in crevasses in the rocks. Well done.

Nicely done tank and layout. Wish we had more pictures with close ups as well.

The extremely flat sandline in the front for some reason is a bit disturbing to me to be natural. But the tank in general and illusion of a biotope is done really well.

Additional Information Earth, Sun & Stars represents the Suriya (also known as Hanthayaw River in Myanmar) River basin, a headwater tributary of the Salween system which flows from Thailand into Myanmar.In the Suriya River, you are able to find Microdevario Kubotai & Pogostemon Helferi (aka Downoi). The name, Downoi means Little Star in Thai which is how the title of this scape came about. This scape is to mimic the river banks of the Suriya River.
