Additional Information Oryzias woworae hails from Muna Island, off the coast of Sulawesi. The 2010 Copeia paper describing the fish mentions that they were collected from a blue hole with a substrate of mud and sand. The photograph of the habitat also shows fallen tree branches in the water.

To populate the tank, I bred Oryzias woworae from F0 wild-caught fish earlier this year.
