Japan, 11a-Hydrocotyle sp. Japan emersed, 12-Heteranthera zosterifolia, 13-Staurogyne repens.
There is also some Java moss and a few brown Cryptocoryne wendtii hidden in background.

Materials Substrate: houseplant soil, crushed lava rock, 0.8-1.2 mm pool filter sand

Additional Information This paludarium evolved from Asian biotope tank. There are mostly Asian plant species, but with few intruders. Terrestrial plants are potted in plastic containers, filled with hydroton and hanged on back side of aquarium.
Tank now houses one young male and two females Betta sp. Mahachai.
