An attractive tank though perhaps too small for your altums when they are mature. Still you have chosen a tank with the height they need. I am not a fan of E. vivipara because as in this case it tends to give a tank a "bad hair day" impression. Remove that (if you can!) and repalce it with some attractive stem plants and your aquascape will improve greatly. And by then perhaps your foreground plants will have had time to fill in!

Interesting layout with good driftwood positioning and mature plantings. The biggest problem of this layout is the fact that the foreground plants have yet to fill in completely -- it would make a huge difference!
