#55: 700L Aquatic Garden Green Paradise

I really enjoyed this massive tranquilly hued aquascape and its rolling mass of plants. The fish also seem to be in excellent shape and in just the right type of habitat to really thrive (especially the discus). The only aspect I do not like about this layout is the driftwood ledge on the left side of the layout. It breaks the continuity of the rolling plant groupings too suddenly.

This is a truly impressive installation. The planting and hardscape on the right 2/3 of the tank is truly exceptional. However the abrupt stop to the plantings on the left just doesn't work. Find a way to integrate this area into the rest of the design and this tank could be a show-stopper.

A well done aquascape with the Discus in mind. My eye keeps wanting to see a something else going on next to the Sagittaria . I think a detail of hard scape comming foreward would have given this composition more depth .
