Very pretty tank with vibrant growth of some challenging species. I like the soft natural curve of the background planting. Unfortunately the R. macrandra even though usually not as demanding as some of the other species you are using doesn't seem too happy. I like the touch of red (and would prefer to see it balanced by a bit somewhere else) but you might consider trying another species that is happier with the conditions you are maintaining in the tank. Your choice of fish seem like an after thought... I had to hunt to find them at all. A few more of them or a species that stays in the open water more might work better.
