This is quite a nice tank carefully maintained and trimmed. While in general I don't like to see stem plants so far toward the front of a layout this tank gives me the impression that you ahve been maintaining hese palnts here by careful trimming rather than stuffing them in at the last moment. It is a shame that with all the careful trimming that you've done you have allowed one section of the R. macrandra at the back to pop up past the rest.
