Nice healthy growth! The glosso appears to be very happy although a little overgrown. Shape the Micranthemum a bit more and prune the Eleocharis to clean the tank up some.

Interesting use of riccia. The riccia almost creates the effect of a hardscape.

The arcuata on the left could be moved to join their lonely friend on the right side.
