This is what a biotope aquarium should be! I've been considering how to create an aquascape like this for years. You've overcome the challenge created by a lengthwise rather than sideways point of view masterfully. Bravo! Looking at your pictures I feel like I've just dunked my head into a shaded jungle rivulet.

Interesting concept. It sounds like it must be quite impressive in person. Unfortunately it's really hard to see what's going on from the photos.

Additional Information There is installed two mirrors inside the aquarium, a large mirror from the rear right corner and angled 30 degrees from the rear window. The second mirror is located on the right side window such that it is caught by the mirror that is angled. This was an idea I had to create an illustration of a small water course. And to create a tremendous depth of the aquascape.
