#222: 64L Aquatic Garden The Root

CHAI LI HSU Annan Dist.,, Taiwan

Unique looking aquascape. I like the fact that this composition divides the tank into three separate sections but something on the left side looks a bit out of balance to me. The Bolbitis could use a little bit more trimming as it clutters the top portion of the scape. I think overall the aquascape would benefit from a little bit more negative space. Nevertheless it's still a nice tranquil aquarium to enjoy.

Good use of the rocks and driftwood. Rasboras are beautiful and some of my favorite fish. The Eleocharis needs to grow in more or moved to one side of the tank instead of being spread across the middle. The Bolbitus extending out of the driftwood creates chaos in the middle portion and does not work well. Try to offset the middle section so it's not centered.
