Moss-covered and fern-covered driftwood.
This is an ultra-low maintenance tank. Due to choice of plants and nutrient manangement, plant trimmings are done every 6 to 8 weeks, if needed - Great for a busy schedule.
Aside from the Bolbitis heudelotii, Anubias barteri var. nana, Echinodorus tenellus and the minor fish group, the main plant and fish combination leans toward a tropical Asian biotope-like enviornment.
Visually, I am trying to achieve a center-focus layout. The moss-covered woods and the un-manicured look works well in a low-maintenance setup.
This tank has maintain it's "equilibrium" for over 8 months.
Additional Information CO2 2 bubbles/second.
Montly Potasium, Kent Pro-plant, Seachem iron, Dupla24. - if needed.
