I like the main structure of your layout with the ferns moss and Anubias. However the stem plants in the back are straggly with no definition to the planting. Try to plant your stem plants in groups so that they make more of a statement and put some of them behind the Anubias to cover up the ugly plastic mesh if you can't remove it from the tank. Your discus look a little thin and unhappy. They may not be competing well with all the faster fish in this tank.

Amazong moss growth! Perhaps it is time to remove the stem plants in the back which do not seem to be doing as well and fill the void in with more Cryptocoryne balansae. Also the foreground needs a little work and time. Perhaps Marsilea would be a better option than the Sagittaria?
