The use of small plants is very well done I like how you defined the two sections and how well the fish complement the layout.

This is obviously a well tended healthy tank and I like your choice of fish. Your stand of Hemianthus particularly the one on the left is almost too rigidly trimmed however and gives the layout a static look. You might try allowing the plants to grow into a little more natural shape and/or and another species or two with different leaf color/shape. Hardscape that makes more of a statement than your small single rock would also be a way to break the "sameness" of your design.
