#534: 64L Dutch Aquascape Spring

CHAI LI HSU Annan Dist.,, Taiwan

Awards and Comments

Second Place
This tank shows a good example of contrasts with regards to leaf shape and colours.

However a classic mistake when it comes Dutch Style is trying to overdo it. In this case lowering the number of different species of plants would definitely benefit the whole scape.

The group of strong red right in the middle of the tank really forces the focal point towards the centre instead of towards the hardscape material which is more suitably placed according the rule of thirds.
