The aquascape concept was inspired by the "Lost City" known as Ciudad Perdida.
It is new, it is self design and it is custom made.
NO rocks, NO stones, NO plain mangrove, NO naked driftwood, NO hills, NO slopes.
YES flatness, YES geometry, YES symmetry, YES function, YES to new planting solutions.

It is also IMHO about harmony between hardware and software.
Hardware = Aquarium/Cabinet/Soil.
Software = Water/Plants/Fish/Light/substrate.
I aspire to experience that as one life tissue.

The way to translate that idea is to create glass geometric structures
coated with black quartz and upper substrate.
one can see black quartz "grow" from the black quartz substrate
as they were one, coarse gray basalt and white upper substrate
also climbed" from the surface.
As well, black quartz "climbed" on natural mangroves.

Planting solutions and functions.
All structures are design to serve three purposes.
01. Aesthetics.
02. They allow the plants to be closer to the light for better grow.
03. They create shades that allow low light plants to prosper.

That scenery is evolving and dynamic.
I change it every few weeks, explore possibilities.
The project exists 10 years, and since day one it have self design LED light.
During the last 10 years I tested nearly 100 different species of plants.

I also design the aquarium cabinet, it is white with clean lines.
But more important is the aquarium self design and custom made,
It has 10 c”m inner black colour at the bottom and in the upper part,
that creates flat screen look because from the outside one can see
just glass surface.
Also, at the upper lower part there are horizontal black glass strips
(2 c”m width), I installed them along the front and sides length, they
creates distance between the upper substrate and the glass, enable
the plants to have a space from the glass.
