I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that there is a land area in this tank... we can't see it. It LOOKS to me that this is more an aquarium with aquatic plants allowed to grow emersed up out the back. (with the exception of the orchid sitting up above the light) Given the benefit of the doubt your submersed growth is good but your emersed growth is messy and there is no clear design to it nor any flow between the land and water areas. I get the impression that the fogger was turned on to hide this.

You need to remove the saw cut sticks and many of the plants need trimming and thinning out.
