The top half of this tank is quite nice. It is a nice island of greenery that balances it self fairly well. The bottom half has me wanting more. Sparsely planted works sometimes but in this case each plant looks random; as if just any plant was plopped in any location because it was desired to have plants below the water line.

Wonderful wood and lovely above the water arrangement. Your plants below the water seem to be struggling. I know that it can be very difficult to grow plants well underwater in a tank like this without burning those above the water. Perhaps try moving your lights further forward? Some CO2 can help too even in a paludarium.
