Interesting design. I would have prefered to see a full-frontal shot to analyse the composition more effectively. The lawn looks incredibly lush but I feel the rock work is too weak to make this a great aquascape.

Very attractive aquascape and your Utricularia is at peak. Your rockwork could be stronger. Very nice choice of fish.

An unconventional thought provoking aquascape.
Unfortunately the lone rock on the right distracts the eye away from the more important "green hump". It was I'm sure an attempt to provide right side left side visual balance but the right side might have been better left empty.
I find the stark red of the fish a bit jolting in a monochromatic backdrop. A more neutral colored fish might have worked better.

I've never seen the arrangement of this aquatic plant (Utricularia graminifolia?) as seen in this aquascape. This is a very interesting piece. I see algae growing on Hair glass arranged on the background. If the creator had been more careful about maintaining the layout and taking care of algae well this aquascape could receive a higher evaluation.
