For me this category has the highest overall standard of aquascapes despite the relatively few entries. Well done to all participants!

There were some real stand-outs in this category. And large tanks aren't always easy to do well... as seen by the prepondernace of entries in the smaller size categories.

We students of aquascaping should take special note of the details in several of these entries. Therein is a wealth of design technique that can take control of the viewer's eye and lead it on a pleasant sojourn. As a keeper of a 6' tank I understand the challenges of 'scaping within a footprint of disproportionate length. Achieving visual depth is a battle. Kudos to you all for overcoming.
