Wisely using lava stone to create this layout the plant selection and condition are perfect but I think the position of Pogostemon erectus at middle front is not appropriate.

Colourful and bold!!!
Even using rocks with no attractive aesthetic the attention of the layout was transferred to the color and textures of the plants.
The foreground is very dynamic and gives a good perspective impression but the middleground is a little bit crowded. Some empty space is desirable because the observer needs to "breathe" when observing the aquarium.
Good transitions between the planes using the colours correctly.
The perfect fishes would be colorless or with neutral colors. Rasboras because have the same tone of the major plants become undercover in this environment.
Just one more comment: Maybe the color balance in Photoshop are too high in the magenta because even the gravel is reddish.
Well done nice tank!!!
