This is a nice woodland scene in a small tank. But the use of the neon tetras is all out of scale with the story you are trying to tell. They look like giants wandering around in your forest! You have hidden the side panels of your tank nicely but the empty space is too close to the center of the tank. consider shifting it further off-center.
