The groups could be somewhat wider as now all give the impression of being very thin and narrow.
If you would put the strong red ludwigia more to the left next to the Vallisneria it would act as a much better focus point.
However a 60 cm (2 feet) tank should only have about 6 or 7 species. Keep to the 1 species per 10 cm guideline. You have twice as many species as the tank length allows and as a result everything feels congested. The same layout and plant species stretched over a 90 or 120 cm tank would be gorgeous.
Increasing tank size means a LOT more work but I hope you return next year with a 120 cm entry.
The central placement of Ludwigia palustris Super Red and the Syngonanthus street is visually hyper-dominant and it feels like nothing else matters.
Composition rules such as Rule of Thirds Golden Ratio etc. are critical in identifying focal points and supporting them with secondary plants.
