#733: 1L Wabi-Kusa “Untitled no. 1”

Comments

Plants look healthy but adding some wood or contract of colors/leaf size would have added to the creation.
— JoAnn Fujii
This wabi kusa encapsulates the wild chaotic elements of nature that are often underexplored. This entanglement of stem species offers fascinating textures and visual interest commanded by Bacopa monnieri and intermixed with the warm hues of emersed Rotala sp. 'Orange Juice' which has been grown skillfully to retain its coloration.

The container neither benefits nor detracts from this wabi kusa though the addition of cosmetic sand or gravel could visually ground the wabi kusa - especially a lighter cosmetic sand which would reflect light illuminating the lower portion of the wabi kusa.

Very nice work. It's clear the creator left this wabi kusa to its own devices and allowed it to become nature.
