Normally when there are dense stands of stem plants they are not mix together like this. Also a mistake we have seen in several other tanks this year if the biotope is a "river" there has to be flow specially if there are stem plants. If the plants are standing straight up it is very obvious that there is no directional flow.

Animals Mikrogeophagus ramirezi, Paracheirodon simulans.
Materials Grape and laurel branches.Dry leaves. Sediment and filamenties algae on the floor.
Additional Information The Morichal largo river is part of the Orinoco river system. It is located in northern Venezuela and the delta region. It is of medium richness in terms of aquatic plants.There are plenty of Moriche palm trees in the region. The region and the river take its name from the Moriche Palm. There are dry tree leaves and sediment on the ground.The size of the sand is 2-3 millimeters in the river.(In my biotope sand size is the same.)

Water parameters of the river: 25-28°C, pH is 5,2-6,5.

Water parameters of the tank: 26°C, pH is 6,3

Some of the fish species in the river are: Paracheirodon simulans, Mikrogeophagus ramirezi, Apistogramma guttata, Cichlasoma Bimaculatum, Crenicichla sp. , Heros Severus, Hoplias Malabaricus, Nannostomus sp.

Some of the plant species in the are: Phyllanthus Fluitans, Egeria Densa, Pistia Stratiotes, Ceratophyllum Demersum, Salvinia Auriculata, Sagittaria Subulata, Hydrocotyle Leucocephala, Myriophyllum Aquaticum, Lemna minör, Spathiphyllum barbourii, Cabomba aquatica.
